Maintenance With HVAC Certification

Responsibilities:

• Have extensive knowledge of all maintenance tasks;

• HVAC Certified

• Must be able to perform work requests in a timely and efficient manner;

• Be a team player;

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas;

• Performing light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and painting;

• Monitoring the security of the facility and reporting any maintenance or security issues to management;

• Maintaining cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures;

• Have plumbing and electrical knowledge;

• Troubleshoot and Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical;

• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner;

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment;

• Must have some drywall experience;

• HVAC tech a plus;

• Installation of new appliances as needed;

• Ensure work orders are completed on a timely basis;

• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times;• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of lead maintenance experience;

• Must be HVAC Certified

• Have own tools;

• Texas Driver’s License and Transportation Mandatory;

• MEP Certified a Plus;

• Punctuality is a must;

• Must have professional standards and have great customer service values

• Must be available after hours/weekends for emergencies on call.
