The article highlights our evolution from a specialty wall finishes contractor —e founded by Chuck Cates in 2001 — into a fully integrated real estate development and operations company with over 14 commercial and residential projects across Waller. While many developers arrived after the Grand Parkway opened new corridors to the northwest, Finishes Solutions has been building in this community for over two decades.
That history matters to us. We didn't come to Waller because a highway made it convenient. We've been here — investing in the infrastructure, housing, and commercial spaces that make a growing community work. Our portfolio today spans multifamily, single-family, commercial, mixed-use, and specialty properties, all developed and operated under one roof.
