A Video Editor is responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases properties, communicates brand messaging, and engages target audiences across multiple platforms. This role involves editing raw footage, adding visual effects, graphics, and audio elements to create compelling videos for property tours, promotional campaigns, social media, and corporate communications. The Video Editor works closely with the marketing production team to deliver polished video content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.

Video Editing & Post-Production: Editing raw footage into polished final products; assembling video clips, adding transitions, color correction, and ensuring proper pacing and storytelling flow.


Property & Promotional Videos: Creating property tour videos, virtual walkthroughs, drone footage compilations, and promotional content for residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.


Motion Graphics & Effects: Designing and integrating motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, logos, and visual effects that enhance video quality and brand presentation.


Audio Production: Editing and mixing audio tracks, adding background music, sound effects, and voiceovers; ensuring audio levels are balanced and professionally polished.


Social Media Content: Producing short-form video content optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook); adapting content formats and aspect ratios as needed.


Asset Management: Organizing and maintaining video libraries, raw footage archives, and project files; managing media assets efficiently for quick retrieval and reuse.

Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve); strong understanding of motion graphics (After Effects); excellent storytelling and visual composition skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.



Knowledge: Video production workflows, color grading techniques, audio mixing, codec formats and export settings, social media video specifications, current video trends and best practices.


Education/Certifications: A degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Communications, or related field preferred; strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing video editing work required; certifications in Adobe Creative Suite or relevant platforms are beneficial.
