A Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with brand identity and business objectives. This role involves designing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces while ensuring optimal user experience across all devices. The Web Designer collaborates with marketing and development teams to produce engaging digital experiences that drive traffic, conversions, and customer engagement for our real estate properties and services.

Website Design & Development: Creating and maintaining visually compelling website designs, landing pages, and microsites using design tools and CMS platforms; ensuring responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.


User Experience (UX) Design: Developing intuitive navigation structures, wireframes, and prototypes; conducting user research and implementing best practices to optimize site usability and conversion rates.


Visual Design & Branding: Designing basic graphics, icons, banners, and visual elements that maintain brand consistency; creating and managing design assets and style guides.


Content Integration: Collaborating with marketing team to integrate property listings, promotional content, and multimedia elements; optimizing images and media for fast load times and SEO.


Performance & Analytics: Monitoring website performance metrics and report on them to management.


Technical Collaboration: Working with the web team to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation; staying current with web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Wix, and Framer); strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles; excellent visual design and typography skills; attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.


Knowledge: UX/UI best practices, SEO fundamentals, CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Framer), current web design trends and technologies.


Education/Certifications: A degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred; portfolio demonstrating web design expertise required; certifications in UX design or relevant platforms are beneficial.
